Once we’ve talked through the initial details, we’ll arrange a meeting at your home. This gives us a chance to connect, see the space, discuss ideas in person, and start outlining the next steps together.
From there, we’ll provide a ballpark estimate to help you understand the potential cost and decide whether you’d like to move forward.

Once you’re comfortable with the ballpark, the next step is the planning deposit. This allows us to dig deeper into the details of your project and work toward a more complete picture of the scope and costs.
Once the deposit is received, we put together a detailed estimate including:
- Full Scope of Work (materials, labour, pricing)
- Breaking down the work into categories
- Consulting with subtrades & getting applicable quotes
- Coordinating the design and/or engineering costs where needed.
Every project is different, and the planning required will depend on the scope of work. Our goal is to provide the information needed to make informed decisions before moving into construction.

All contract details need to be communicated by email for proper documentation. We will likely setup text threads with our management team for the smaller daily communications.
